Dr. Kreysa specializes in helping individuals understand and heal from experiences of hardship and trauma throughout their lives. She has experience working with individuals from the developmental life span, from young children through late adulthood. She enjoys learning about an individual and helping them identify negative patterns in their life. Clients learn to develop an understanding of themselves and what they need to achieve a sense of stability and peace in their lives.

Dr. Kreysa has over 15 years of experience conducting psychotherapy and comprehensive therapeutic assessments to help people find the healing they need. She aims to provide a safe and compassionate space for cycle breakers to find their voice. Through the therapeutic work with Dr. Kreysa, individuals are able to break through, and grow beyond, negative cycles to build resilience and resolve, creating new pathways toward fulfillment and happiness.Â

Dr. Deanna Young is a postdoctoral fellow who provides psychotherapy and assessment for children, adolescents, and adults. She works with individuals experiencing a wide range of challenges, including complex-trauma, relationship difficulties, eating disorders, and life transitions. She is passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves, heal from difficult experiences, and build more fulfilling relationships with others.

Dr. Young believes that many of the struggles people face develop within the context of early life experiences. Through a warm, collaborative, and supportive therapeutic relationship, she works alongside clients to explore the challenges impacting their lives while identifying strengths, resilience, and opportunities for growth. She strives to create a safe space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to navigate life's difficulties with greater confidence and self-awareness.

Drawing from attachment-based, relational, and trauma-informed approaches, Dr. Young tailors treatment to the unique needs of each individual and family. She incorporates a variety of evidence-based and transdiagnostic techniques to support meaningful and lasting change across a wide range of presentations. She utilizes techniques such as psychodynamic therapy, ACT, DBT, ERP, and expressive therapy.Â

Dr. Young is particularly passionate about helping clients heal from relational wounds, strengthen their connection with themselves and others, feel more alive, and break intergenerational cycles that no longer serve them. She believes that every individual possesses the capacity for growth and healing, and she feels honored to walk alongside clients as they move toward a more connected, authentic, and fulfilling life.
